1. Platform Overview

Welcome to My Massage (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). My Massage is an online booking platform that connects clients with independent, professionally verified massage therapists across Thailand. The Platform enables clients to browse therapist profiles, view availability, and schedule massage appointments.

By accessing and using this Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Platform.

2. Operator Information

The Platform is operated by My Massage, currently processing payments via Stripe through its registered operating entity. All commercial and payment-processing activities are conducted in compliance with applicable Thai and international regulations.

3. Role of the Platform

My Massage acts as a booking facilitation platform. We provide tools and infrastructure that allow clients to discover independent massage therapists and schedule professional massage therapy appointments.

• We do not employ the therapists listed on our Platform. They are independent professionals.
• We verify therapist identities and professional credentials prior to listing.
• We facilitate appointment scheduling and secure payment processing.
• We are not a party to the service agreement between client and therapist, beyond our role as booking facilitator.

4. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or book any service on this Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

All users agree to use the Platform lawfully and respectfully, in accordance with all applicable laws of Thailand and their country of residence.

5. Bookings & Payments

Platform membership fees and booking fees are charged for access to the My Massage booking platform and its scheduling features. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

• Session Fees: The fee for each massage session is agreed upon and paid through the Platform at the time of booking, in accordance with the therapist's published rates.
• Therapist Payouts: Therapists receive their earnings via the Platform's payout system, net of applicable platform fees.
• Secure Processing: All financial transactions are handled by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms of service.

6. Scope of Services

All services booked through My Massage are professional massage therapy services only, including but not limited to: Thai massage, oil massage, aromatherapy massage, sports massage, and reflexology.

Any request for services outside the scope of professional massage therapy is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination. My Massage has a zero-tolerance policy for any service or solicitation that is unlawful or in violation of Thailand's laws.

7. Disputes & Support

If you experience an issue with a booking — such as a therapist who did not attend a confirmed appointment or a profile that materially misrepresents the services offered — please contact our support team at contact@my-massage.com. We will investigate and, where applicable, arrange a credit or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to remove any therapist whose conduct violates these terms or our community standards.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
